1 can apple pie filling
8 sheets phyllo pastry
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a baking sheet. To prepare pastry, unfold sheets of phyllo so they lie flat. Stack 4 sheets on plastic wrap. Brush top sheet with butter. Keep other sheets covered with plastic wrap and damp cloth (to keep from drying out). Spread 1/2 pie filling on short side of phyllo. Roll jelly roll style, using plastic wrap as guide. Repeat with remaining sheets. Bake until golden, 15 to 20 minutes. Cool sheets on wire racks for 15 minutes. Transfer to serving tray until cool. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar
