Cajun Grilled Shrimp

 INGREDIENTS:
 24 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
 1 tbsp. olive oil
 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
 1/4 tsp. onion powder
 1/4 tsp. dried parsley
 1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
 1/8 tsp. ground cumin
 2 tbsp. canola oil
 INSTRUCTIONS:
 
 Place the shrimp in a large bowl. Sprinkle shrimp with oil and toss to coat.
 Stir the cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, white 
pepper, and cumin together in a small bowl. Sprinkle mixture over 
shrimp. Toss to coat thoroughly.
 Skewer 4 shrimp onto each 12-inch metal skewer.
 Warm the grill to medium-high. Brush the top of the grill with oil.
 Grill the shrimp for 1 1/2 minutes on each side, or until just pink. Remove shrimp from grill and serve immediately. Serves 6
