Crab casserole:
 1 can (7 to 8 ounces) crab meat
 1 can cream of mushroom soup, (98% reduced fat)
 1/2 cup seasoned stuffing crumbs
 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
 1/2 cup chopped celery
 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 Tabasco sauce, to taste
 Cajun seasoning, to taste
 Preparation:
 
 Combine all ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 1 to 1 1/2-quart 
casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes, or until hot and 
bubbly.
 Serves 4.
