I know this is a bit out of season, but I love them and could eat them all year long! Gingerbread Cookies 1 cup margarine 2 cups sugar 2 eggs 1/2 cup molasses 1 tsp salt 2 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp ginger 2 tsp cloves 2 tsp baking powder 4 cups flour Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate dough for at least an hour. Roll out and place on cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 7-8 minutes depending on the thickness and size of your cookies. Cool.
